Steps to Remove:
- Start the computer and just as it leave BIOS Screen strike the F8 key
- When the black/white screen comes up choose to load command prompt
- Then do a cd \windows\system32\restore
- Then do a dir and you should see rstrui.exe
- You can copy rstrui.exe to rstrui.com or just run rstrui.exe
- Restore system will come up
- I have tried this with success on 2 clients system and it worked
- After rebooting I ran Malware bytes and it found it
